Scheduling Changes

You can change your appointment time once, at no cost, if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Further changes will not be allowed, and the consultation will be considered completed. 

No Show or Late

Dr. LK Sharma will wait for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled consultation time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a “No Show,” and you will be charged for the consultation.

Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once made.

Recordings

Course and consultation recordings will be sent within 48 hours of completion or purchase. Technical support is available for 7 days after purchasing any course recording. You should save the recordings yourself. Course validity is 2 years from the date of purchase.
